Dr. Val was very generous with her time, very concerned about getting the right treatment plan & really wanted to do her best to see an improvement in my health. I didn't feel pressured to purchase her products or treatments; however, they have helped me feel better than I have in years. I've also been able to go off of an anti-depressant medication that I've been on for many years. I've tried unsuccessfully to go off of it before. It seems to be working this time, which I consider a miracle. I would highly recommend Dr. Val.

This is an excellent provider. She is very attentive. Very concerned with taking her time to put together a plan for your health! I felt as though Dr. Val was very thorough and knowledgable! I would recommend her to anyone!!

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that she is going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but she has never done that here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting her. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. She is completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that shee wi'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. She always dresses so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. She went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they got back to me right away. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time (no waiting like other places). At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. T hey made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. This place does not seem like a doctor's office - it seems much more like a cozy place that you want to come to.

Dr. Val's prices are very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. She is completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that she will back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Dr. Val really goes above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their patients than here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I am coming off of more and more of my medications because I am getting better. I am so appreciative of that!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have seen others in this field, but Dr. Val is my favorite. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always have an immediate answer for me when I have a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of alternative medicine. This Doctor strives to understand each patient's unique circumstance using very thorough and personalized conversation. She gets to know the whole situation and then clearly knows how to proceed. My condition as improved dramatically with her treatments and now I am confident in alternative therapies for long term wellness! Periodic check ups ensure that my supplements are being adjusted according to my current body needs. I highly recommend Dr. Valerie Nelson for any health and wellness condition!

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

I had a very positive experience there and the atmosphere was very warm. I felt that Dr. Nelson really cared about helping me and I learned alot about my health during my evaluation at her office. She was able to determine some things that I believe others were missing. Her approach is very different than any other doctor that I have gone to before, but I do believe that I am finally going to be able to get the help that I have been searching for, for a long time. Thank you for caring about people the way that you do.
