Footbaths - Scientifically Explained
The ionic footbaths are definitely a unique therapy! They are based on research done by medical scientist, Dr. Rife. They aim to improve liver and kidney function through electro-magnetic detoxification. When the machine is activated it produces positive and negative ions. This causes movement and anytime you have electrical movement, you will have a magnetic field.
The footbath works to dramatically remove toxins from your body through your foot. Your foot has the largest pores in your body, about 10,000 per foot. The footbath machine energizes the water. The control head delivers enough of an electrical current through the ionizor to generate positively charged ions. In the past, we received the negative hydrogen we needed mostly through the consumption of raw vegetables and light proteins but modern processing, storage and handling has virtually stripped the modern diet of this increasingly vital element. Gentle and relaxing detox sessions allow the body to uptake this “fuel of life”, which is essential in balancing and re-energizing the body’s natural ability to purge toxins and heal itself. The footbath machine passes direct electrical current through water to break apart the H2O (water) molecule. This releases oxygen, stable hydrogen and the negative hydrogen ion (H-). This negative hydrogen ion is a powerful antioxidant and pro-oxidant (in the presence of transitional metals), pH balancer and the catalyst most responsible for ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate) As you walk along the beach, your body absorbs millions of these negatively charged ions, which helps to alkalize the blood and tissue. Because of poor diet, food additives, medications & high stress, we tend to accumulate and store excessive quantities of waste products The footbath machine stimulates the same energy fields as an acupuncture session to release toxins, but you receive the added benefit of pulling tons of toxic junk out as well.
The professional machines do work much more effectively than the non-professional machines.
